Two of the biggest upsets of the year happened this week. Add in Michael Thomas being ruled out for the season and this was an ugly week.
Ravens vs. Jaguars
Cardinals vs. Eagles
Bills vs. Broncos
Packers vs. Panthers
Colts vs. Texans
Titans vs. Lions
Seahawks vs. Washington Football Team
Cowboys vs. 49ers
Browns vs. Giants
Jets vs. Rams
The Rams had horrific communication in their secondary and the Jets took advantage. A bad decision by the Jets to win instead of taking the top pick in the draft. This was a bad showing by a Rams team that will likely make the playoffs.
Bengals vs. Steelers
The Steelers turned the ball over three times in the loss. I’ve been saying Pittsburgh isn’t a good team, and this loss proved it.
Chargers vs. Raiders
Justin Herbert came up big in overtime. The Raiders did a great job staying in the game after Derek Carr went down with a groin injury.
Bears vs. Vikings
David Montgomery had a phenomenal game for the Bears, and Mitch Trubisky played well enough to get the win.
Dolphins vs. Patriots
The Dolphins finished their drives. The Patriots settled for field goals. Easy recipe for a loss.
Buccaneers vs. Falcons
Tom Brady led another big comeback against the Falcons. The Falcons couldn’t get anything going in the second half, and Brady reduced Atlanta fans to tears.
Chiefs vs. Saints
Michael Thomas. The best receiver in the league. Out for the season. Yet, Drew Brees kept the Saints with the Chiefs. Patrick Mahomes ended up being too much, but the Saints defense impressed, keeping Mahomes under 300 yards passing.
